i have a prepaid koodo phone. I went to top it up, so I dialed *611 but it only says "not registered on network" it wont let me dial it to add a top up. What do I do?

It says active yes. And i jst topped up my account using a different phone but now the top up isnt going thru

Oh no :( Sorry to hear about all your troubles. What error are you getting? And what method of top up, voucher or credit card?

I used a top up voucher pin and i topped it up on my house phone but it wont go thru. Is it possible that my account expired because i havent topped up in a LONG time?

That could be the case, that is why I asked if you can still log into the website, Anya. If your base plan runs out of funds and can't renew itself, then after 90 days of being idle it will expire, the number goes back into the pool and the boosters are lost :(

Aww sorry to hear you lost your account. However your topup voucher is still valid, so you could purchase a new prepaid SIM card and activate a new account... it will come with $20 credit and you can use your voucher. You'll have to select a new number too. Just make sure you keep it active this time :)
