Topped up, tried to reactivate my account but it said I didnt have enough?

Topped up my account, tried to reaccivate my account but it said I didnt have enough? when my account balance said I did? So I tried to change my base plan but now its charging me for both?
My Im doing $40 prepaid.
I tried to switch to $45 to see if it would fix but it only took 40 and now my account it still expired and I'm still being charged my original $40...

For some reason, after business hours, the system takes a little more time to process payment and credit card registration. Some people have found that during business hours, the system takes very little time at all. Always check your current balance before adding more funds. The system may still show the account as expired, but as long as you see a current balance, it's just a matter of waiting for the system to play catch up.
