Top-up voucher problem

Yesterday I top up my account with a voucher, I received a message in the system that the voucher was ok, but I did not receive the message on my phone and the Base Plan Renewal Date is still on Aug, 12. Now, I try to top up again with the same voucher and system answers that This top-up voucher has already been used. Is there a problem in the system?

Have you checked your my account to see if its showing on there. I don't always get a text saying its on there but it is :)

Log in on Sefl Serve as Melissa suggested to see if the money is in there. If it says the top-up has been used, then I'm 99% sure the credit is there. If not, give them a call.
