top-up / pin number

I bought a top-up credit in a Koodo shop, the assistant was supposed to activate it, but it still shows that the balance is 0. The phone doesn ́t work and I don ́t seem to be able to use the same PIN number again.

Have you tried applying the card to your account yourself? Double check that you are inputting the right characters.
