top up minutes

I added $25 to my balance on my prepaid phone and my account shows $25 balance but it did not give me the 500 minutes I wanted. How do I get the minutes onto my account?

Hi, Neil
First of all, after you have added the 25 dollars to your balance on your prepaid account, did you go to the (add booster) place and click the 500 minute talk booster? It should work if you chose the correct one and paid for it because the payment is immediately made after a purchase of a booster.

From your phone you should be able to apply the minutes by dialing *611 and selecting options 2 > 1 > 1 > 3. The system sees that you already have a $25 balance and will add the minutes.

Hi, I have similar problem: paid for 500min top up but could not see the addition of 500min to my current min. I do see that I have $25 balance in my prepaid account. I did click the 500 minute talk booster when paid and the instructions rikkster gave (to dial*611 and than options2.1 etc. ) are not helpful. My current minutes are about to finish. What can be done to make sure my new 500min purchase will become into effect? Please try to answer fast and clear. Thank you!

With self serve, particularly on weekends and in the early morning hours, there is a delay when applying funds. When funds are applied during the week or weekend between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., I've noticed funds are applied immediately through self serve.

The system will see the available balance and the attempt made to pay for the talk booster and will add the minutes automatically. This usually happens between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. If the minutes haven't been applied yet , please call customer service.
