Top up issue ? Account suspended after topping up and balance now $0.

I just toppped up my 35$ base plan at 7am this morning. Apparently my account is "suspended" and I need to top up? I just added the voucher..

I didn't think a prepaid account could get suspended. Try rebooting your phone (turning it off and then back on.)

The Suspension on self serve is just an automated message.  If you have enough to renew your phone should still work.  It should say that under the scary suspended message

Thanks for the reply :) I usually have it topped automatically, but I changed credit cards and used a voucher this time and put it on the next morning leaving top up to go past due. It was working fine within the hour.
