Top up Fails With Credit Card

All of a sudden Koodo Self Serve says it cant verify the credit card I use on prepaid and have been using for over a year to pay my phone. I called *611 and they even got the same error and now because of how many times my credit card was used and failed (Koodo FU)K UP) my card is now blocked.

Despite the header this is not a question but rather a "FIX YOUR CRAP SYSTEM OR IM LEAVING"

Have you recently changed your address or can you think of anything else that might have changed with your banking info

Hi Tristan! Since there is a higher risk of fraud regarding prepaid accounts, the system will block your card is if has been used many times in a short period.  When this happens, we send out a form to our payment services team in order for them to validate that the card is not being used fraudulently and then you will be able to use it again.  Did the agent take down your credit card information? You can also use an alternative credit card for the moment or buy vouchers. Keep us posted!
