Too Many Redirects, Cannot log into self serve

I've tried with 4 different browsers, and cannot log into my Koodo Account. I keep getting caught in a redirect loop

Also have this problem on multiple browsers, and after clearing cache/cookies.

SJ - Don't see an account matching your email address. If you can share the full name on the account and the last few digits, we can look into this and see if there are any issues with your profile.

Did you ever get this fixed? I spoke to someone about it back in July via Twitter about it, and was told "We will log a ticket and this should be resolved within 2 to 3 business days." Never heard back from them, despite trying to talk to a few reps, and I STILL can't access Self Serve.

Rebecca is this for the phone number ending in 06? If so, I see that your self-serve profile was never actually created. An attempt was made back in September of 2015, but the registration email expired because the process wasn't initiated. I see another attempt to get this going yesterday, but for some reason your gmail address is not taking in the pending profile. Would you mind sending us a private message on either Facebook or Twitter? An agent will verify you as the account owner and help get this sorted.

It is. I'm 100% sure I clicked that link in the email, and ended up with the same issue of not being able to do something/getting errors. I did look through my old emails to confirm that I'd done this at some point, checked that old link, it said it had already been activated, and I can't create a new account with my email address as it's already in use for it.

I'll try sending a Facebook message, though, and see if something can get sorted out.
