too bad the tab has changed, not much incentive to upgrade phone with koodo, lookin elsewhere

no longer using loyalty to pay tabs, now I'm expected to pay monthly. Not muck gonna keep me from leaving and signing a 24 mo contract elsewhere

Unfortunately while the concept is good it's executed poorly because it affects all customers, not just new ones. I don't blame you for looking elsewhere. The only issue is the carriers Koodo mainly competes with (Fido and Virgin) have nearly identical plans to what's offered with Koodo except with the subsidy built into the plan so it may not be any better.

Happy shopping Jim. I'm Koodo Customer, with Rogers Internet, because of where I moved too.
I can tell you Rogers cannot match Koodo, not even if you bundle.
