I have a Canada 300 min. plan with no US Long Distance Add-on. Will I be charged extra if I call a toll-free number(800) in the US from Canada?

You won't be charged extra but it will still use your minutes

You might get charged because it may be a toll-free number in the U.S only. I once called OWC on their toll-free number, and I was charged. You better call Koodo customer service and ask.

Define toll free. Without toll. Without charge. There is no fee to call this number.

I called the Koodo customer service and asked them why they charged me for a toll-free number? They said "it is a toll-free number for the U.S". Is this"1-800-275-4576" a toll-free number? That was the number I called.

I am sorry for posting the wrong information.I was charged when I called this (1-815-338-8685) number not the one I posted above. The one I posted above is toll-free.
