My $50 referral credit came through which automatically paid my bill. The payment didn't work and I got an email saying I would be charged $25 for payment bouncing. I also went to the Telus shop where I got my phone plan and the guy said he couldn't deal with anything Koodo which is rediculous as the shop sells Koodo plans

Hello Abi.

Who sent you an e-mail that you will be charged 25$? The bank?

Going to a telus shop will not yield any results. Try a Koodo booth or store. Or visit us here. Alternatively you can call via 611 from your handset and if it's a screw up on Koodos part then they will waive the call in fee(10$)

@ Abi, does your line end with 20? If yes, the pre-auth payment you set up didn't go through for some reason. Staff at TELUS/Koodo don't have access to your account. The rep should have informed you of that. Likely best to shoot us an message on Facebook private messaging to look at your account.
