Told I have no minutes left but I do

I received a text from Koodo saying I had no minutes left on my talk Booster so I added 500. When I checked my account on line I have 1000 minutes available why?

Hey Mike, I'd call Koodo at *611 from your Koodo phone and ask a rep as your account can't be accessed from here. You may hear a recording before being connected to a rep that says you will be charged $5 for the call, but you won't. That's only for making plan changes, add-on changes, etc that you can do on self-serve. Questions, billing concerns, etc are free.
