You can do it via selfserve!
Login to self serve, click view rate plan and than manage add ons.

Add-ons can be done in self-serve. You'll be charged 10 dollars if you ask a rep to do it unless it's an add-on that you cannot remove yourself. I don't believe that there are any left though that require a rep except for the monthly Us roaming packages I think. Let us know if there's a problem removing it and what it says.

I tried your suggestion & it seemed to work, even got an email from Koodo saying it was cancelled.  When I went to the Koodo kiosk in the mall they told me I had to cancel it by phone.Sometimes it's hard to get the correct info even from them.  Thanks for the info.  Now I'll just wait to make sure it's not on my next bill.

@Beverley Petersen,
   You realize we're all customers here who have no access to your account, right?

Which USA add-on are you speaking of, and maybe we can offer some insight.

Are you talking about US long distance?

You can log into self serve and remove your add-ons there

The monthly US roaming add-ons might need a rep to remove.

Roaming add-ons do not need to be removed.  They are no charges unless you roam

Ya I meant the USA long distance add-on. Any add-on should be able to be removed by the customer. These ones may need a rep.
