To add an account manager, you have to call them, correct? Is there a fee for this service?

The would be account manager should sign up for self serve exactly as if she is setting up a new account (phone number/account number will be yours again, of course). Then you need to login to your account owner profile, click on profile and role management, and approve access. You do not need to call koodo to do this. Note that an account manager is just a secondary login to self serve and does not entitle the manager to make any contract changes, which would still be restricted to the account owner even if you call koodo.
