Tired of overbilling

what the heck goes on with my bill? Two phones, one with a $40.00 plan , the other with a $60.00 plan. How do you get $244.05 out of that? 0 owing from last bill and I checked data usage etc. and there are no extra charges.

Or maybe tak a screen shot of your ebill (with all your personal info scrubbed out).

From my quick look it seems to be mainly Add-on Usage charges which sounds like you are going over something or making international calls or something

That $106.90 is under what says usage charge. What is that for and why is it over and above my plan?

That would be your overage charges

Check page 4 of your ebill. It should give usage details like this
