This week, cellular reception is poor. This has never been an issue before. Long distance calls are noticably choppy. My reception had always been crystal clear, with full bars. A few friends of mine who also use Koodo have noticed the same problem in the area. Tower issues maybe?
since this is a community largely made up of customers like yourself, We wouldn't really know if there is a tower issue near you (Wherever that may be).
If you feel there's been a change in your recpetion your best bet is to call Koodo Tech support and report it. They will log a service ticket and if enough people call in, they'll investigate the issue. Maybe a tower IS malfunctioning.
