What do you mean by dispkayed on your account? Self-serve absolutely shows you each line on your account. Also Koodo will not be bringing back paper statements at will. You will have to use self-serve.

The paper billing option is not available. Koodo has moved to ebilling. You could print out your pdf bill or/and view the bill download from your selfserve.
