Can you provide a detailed breakdown of what caused your bill to rise so high? You should be able to see your ebill in Self Serve.

Please don't parrot answers Elizabeth, it does no good for the community and causes confusion. It also does no good for you if your hoping to become a mobile master as its something very frowned upon here, thanks. Keep helping though where your 100% sure of the answer as that's always appreciated.

Do you have a smart phone? (ie Android, iPhone, etc...) You need to ask the questions how to make sure you don't go over your data or how to disable your data completely. You have options in your phone to monitor your data and cut off when you exceed X amount of data. You also have options to disable all mobile data while leaving wifi options on.
