Things I was not told by Koodo when I signed up for my phone

I read about this thing called Five Essentials.  Is this something that is on every plan or is it something that you have to pay extra for?  I read that I can add numbers that give unlimited calls to the 5 numbers.  I have a $38 plan but was not told about this but was told that if I call customer service that I will be billed for asking questions.

Is there a guide as to what you DO get and What Costs Extra??

If you log into self serve, you will see it.
Or is this because my plan is grandfathered plan?

5 essentials is an Add-on, so you will need to pay extra monthly to use this feature.
If you call customer service to add this add-on, they will charge you for that. (you can do it through self serve by yourself free.)
But they never charge you for ask questions.

You should go on self serve under "phone sevices" you should see the option to add new add-ons. When you click on the self serve thing you will have more options of which one will be phone services. This is where you want to go!
