They didn't give me the default pin for my voicemail

  • frustrated. I can't reach customer service and urgently need to access my voicemail messages but when I signed up with Koodo they forgot to provide me with that

Login to self serve via (koodomobile.com), at the very bottom left there will be a link that says Reset voicemail password. Then click reset and it will reset the password to your current Koodo phone number. (xxx-xxx-xxxx)

Thank you for replying but sadly I tried that and the message I got at first was that the services is unavailable at this time and that I should try later. Then I tried again and it's taking me through a process where they ask for the sim # BUT I'm currently in a place where I have no pin and have no way of opening my SIM card compartment to check for the number :(
