There is no 8 digit account number. RBC requires an 8 digit account number for prepaid payments. How do I get this account number??

I've read other posts with a similar question and the common answer is "It's there on the front page when you log in." But, NO it isn't! There is a long account number, but not a 8-digit account number.

Any ideas?

For what it is worth, I am logging in via https://prepaidselfserve.koodomobile.com/ as logging in to the main Koodo Mobile site starts a login loop that never stops and won't load the page.

Here is how you top up and buy boosters with a prepaid account. Is this what you are trying to do?

Hm, I wonder if I am trying to do something I can't. I am trying to use prepaid from my RBC account. But your wording and my rereading of the Koodo site makes it sound like I can only prepay from within my Koodo account... the payment can't be set up from outside the site.

Even if this is the case, would my payment from within my RBC account not get accepted then by Koodo??
Call RBC. Ask them to send you a Virtual VISA Debit Number. Use it on Koodo's Prepaid Self Serve.

Sorry, I wasn't asking for alternative options. I am asking about an 8-digit account number, plus the new question about whether I can only prepay from within the Koodo site, or if I can do that from within my RBC account. I am specifically wanting to use Pre Authorized Payments from within RBC, using my chequing account which asks for a 8-digit Koodo account number.

Hi Shane. You can only make payments through Koodo site with a prepaid plan. As for your other question, I dont think you could get RBC to accept your prepaid account number to be able to even send money to your prepaid Koodo account.

Hm, I see. Thanks for your answer. I actually ended up removing all the zeros in my account number, and it left 8 digits. This was accepted by RBC and I sent a text payment of $5. I will let you know if it went through or not.

Since its not an accepted form of payment for Koodo prepaid, I would imagine the money wont make it to your account. For sure post back with the results.
