The number you have dialed is not assigned

When someone is trying to call me, they get a message saying the number you have dialed is not assigned. Can anyone can help me with this. I can call the person but she can't call me.

Are you a new koodo subscriber?
did you port the number in?
did you recently switch from CDMA to HSPA? (or vise versa?)

I've been with koodo for about 4 months now. The number I'm using was ported at the time I subscribed. Did not switch from CDMA to HSPA

ALso, that person was calling me a few time a day without any problem before today.

Call tech support, it's a network issue. Even if the phone itself isn't connecting to the network calls should be redirected to voicemail. The fact that they are not indicates something internal on Koodo's side.
