I am leaving canada, so I call koodo from overseas to close my account, at that time, I specifically asked the agent the amount I need to paid to totally close my account, and I paid as what i told and then I also close my bank account in canada, and now, u incredible company tell me that there is still some pending payment, what's wrong with u! Not even able to train u employee to tell your customer the correct and exact number to be paid? ! Maybe u need to do better u job! used service in China, Italy and the koodo in Canada, and no doubt, u r the wrost!!!!!
