The US roaming charge is still on my monthly bill although I only used it in September. I called and was told the problem was resolved and a credit issued. Not so, as the charge is still there. I don't want to call customer service as I don't want to spend more time on hold and have to repeat the problem yet again. I sent an email to customer service and have heard nothing. I am starting to wonder if we should keep the three phones on this account.

There is an option when you can customer service for them to call you back so you don't have to wait on hold. Alternatively you can message them on Facebook at (https://m.me/Koodo) or through Twitter DM. A Koodo Rep may step in on here as well but its not guaranteed.
