The US roaming charge is still on my monthly bill although I only used it in September. I called and was told the problem was resolved and a credit issued. Not so, as the charge is still there. I don't want to call customer service as I don't want to spend more time on hold and have to repeat the problem yet again. I sent an email to customer service and have heard nothing. I am starting to wonder if we should keep the three phones on this account.
