The self serve doesn't let me pay a new top-up

I'm trying to pay a new top-up and put my credit card for the future ones, but the site throws me an error saying that's a card carrier problem. I can use it everywhere but koodo's site...so I don't think that the problem is on my side. Is a Mastercard by the way...

Did you make sure the address you entered matches the card exactly? If you're still having trouble, call 611, option 6 and ask the agent to manually add it.

Everything is good, like I said, I can use it everywhere online but Koodo's. I will call 611 and try what you say. Thank you

It doesnt matter if you can use it anywhere else, Your address thats on file with the credit card company, has to match your Koodo account 100% The last name must match the last name on the Koodo account .Try the payment system by dialing 611 on your phone and follow the prompts. Also sometimes they can add the credit card to your account thru customer care that way it works without issue. Koodo has different credit card requirements than other people which is why you can use it other places but not Koodo.
