Very bad experience with koodo

Hi i am customer with koodo from 2015 till now i never got any suitable offer with other connection offering many of my friends got phones with no payment it was iphone 10 and they plan are not much expensive too but even not considering the plan we have to pay for phones thats very bad

Koodo doesn't offer any phones without some for of payment monthly. There may be a down 0 down payment offer but there's definitely a monthly charge unless you pay in full for the phone up front. The days of free anything at Koodo are long over. Ask your friends about thier tabs.

As far as plans, you're free to change your plan once a month if you wish.

@Anju, what I hear you saying is that we have provided you with a number of offers ( I can see it on your account of course), however you chose not to take advantage of them for one reason or another. Offers come and go so keep an eye on your self serve account where we would tell you what the latest offer for you would be. 

To add to Chad's comment  "The days of free anything at Koodo are long over."  -> The days of free anything with any provider are over. If you see anyone telling about something free I would strongly encourage you to read between the lines. The old adage of if it sounds too good to be true it normally is, applies today as much as it ever did.

Also, whenever you get an offer on your account you can contact client care for more infos and extras offers.
If you don't ask you'll never know.
