The one time top up does not seem to work.  Entering any amount would result in "Amount must be in $1 to $300.00" error

Hey CC, we are looking into this. It doesn't seem to effect everyone and that makes it harder to point out the cause.

Have you tried the IVR (automated telephone system)? It should work through that.

Hello there! As Bernard mentioned, we are aware of this and our technicians are working to have this resolved as soon as possible! Would you be able to send us a detailed e-mail with as much information as possible concerning the error message that you are getting on this secured link http://koo.do/11eMLdy and choose "Social Media" as a category? Please include which browser you were using as well. The more we give out technicians to work with, the quicker it'll get fixed :)

I am on a $15 base plan and purchased some talk minutes which has left me with 2.50 in my account. Do I need to do a one time top up before the end of the cycle? I tried to and nothing happened.

Hey Barb,

Could you please try again? It should work now.

It worked the next time I tried it. But it has me thinking. Why does it record my data usage when I don't have a data plan?

It might be picture messages, or just pinging the system, Barb. If you don't have a data booster, you don't need to worry - you won't be charged :)
