I am currently on BYOD $65 with 4gb of data and unlimited canada wide calling anytime. Now, I check the plans and there's the same plan called no tab for $65 with 5gb and unlimited canada wide calling anytime. What's the difference between the two? It says that the plan is no tab. I am afraid if it's a different one and will screw up my current plan if I will change it.

You should be able to switch, without penalty in self serve if it is available to you.

If you see an 80$ version that is exactly the same as the 90$ plan then I would choose the 80$

Yeah, absolutely!!! that's odd. This is what appears on mine.
Same thing with the $75 plan.

This is why I am hesitant to switch because it might be technical error on Koodo's part. I tried to get a hold of Koodo to talk to an agent and ask about this but waiting time is 1 hour and would always encourage me to get help or ask the community support on the website.

I logged in to my Self serve and see what you see.
Take a screen shot of the details for your safe keeping and make the change. It should work. If it doesn't you got proof of what you changed to.

I wouldn't waste my time callin in.

It's not a glitch Jason. Plans do get better from time to time. Take advantage of it when you can jut like you did this time. :-)
