To be able to access that plan you must pay off your tab balance (if any). Then, contact Koodo using either *611 or by visiting them at a retail location. For now, the new plans are not available online and you must contact Koodo to get them.
That plan is available on the website however you would need to call customer service to have the rate plan changed. Before you become eligible for the new plans, your tab needs to be settled. Give Koodo a call at *611 if you are interested in changing your plan. Please note that all tab contributions will stop when you change to the new tab plans.
