The credit card billing isn't working!

I keep trying to pay my phone bill online. I go to "Make a Credit Card Payment," confirm my billing information, click "Confirm" then I'm left with the Koodo graphic still above, but no confirmation number or information to display.

This is weird. Have you tried using another browser? Does your Koodo's account adress match with your CC?

Yes, everything is matching. I also tried using Google Chrome. I was thinking that the website was glitching, but I can't make a payment.

Maybe their system is down. I don't know. I've never had a problem. Try clearing your cookies? If it's still not working, give them a call!

Thanks buddy, I figured it out. My Credit Card was almost maxed so it wasn't able to process.
