The add on for US roaming stipulates "Includes calls within the U.S. and to Canada." and not from Canada to Canada. I need to add roaming for Canada, since I planning a visit across the country, I may dip into the US at time. What is my best option here, the details on your pages leave me to think that I may be hit by surprise changes. Please call or text me with clarification for temporary roaming access for Canada.

  • Confused by unclear language, and lack of calling number to get a representative to provide clarity.

Unless you have a local minutes plan you are not charged extra for calling anywhere in Canada. If you have one, I'd suggest putting an add-on for unlimited nationwide calls for the month. In any case regardless the add-on doesn't replace your base plan. It'll work for you while you're in the US and not affect your plan while in Canada. Having the roaming add-on will not change anything while in Canada and you can continue as your plan allows for talk and data.

Well where is this National add on, then?

Go to "Monthly Add-ons" on that page. It is called "Unlimited Anytime Minutes. "

Even if you have a local plan you will not be charged roaming within Canada. You may, however, be charged long distance for certain types of calls.

I need a number to call, the site is miss leading and leads you in circles and there is not clear guidance.    Can I get a rep. to call my cell,   You have my email my name and if you like I can even give you my phone number (If you can't find it in your circulatory Help system).   This kind of run around will lead to me look for better customer service.   It so absurd, that I cannot get a clear description of YOUR services, it almost as if you looking for loop hole for us to fall into .... Where is you customer support number for that matter!

I don't work for koodo, neither does Goran, neither do any of my fellow mobile masters. We are all customers volunteering or own time to try to assist other customers with their problems. If you specifically want to talk to a Koodo employee, call *611 from your koodo phone, or 1-866-995-6636 from any other line.

Please do not post personal info on the forum, including phone number. What's misleading about the site? Selecting "get this add-on" will tsk you to the self-serve login in order to add it. What issues exactly are you having? The bottom of the main page has "contact us" and there you have the toll free number to call although you can just dial 611 from your Koodo number to speak to customer support. There is a ten dollar charge for having customer service do it though. I would expect them to charge you unless there is some sort of issue in self-erve. We can help you if you like.

Hey! Just to clarify, US & International roaming packages will not cover your usage while in Canada. We have a few local plans, but most of our plans are Canada wide.  Do you still need help? If so, log into  your self-serve http://koo.do/1TlXgoX account and click on "view my plan".  You'll be able to see if you have Canada wide calling.  If unsure, please post the details of your plan (and remove any personal information, such as  your phone number).  Thank you!
