Thanks for Payment e-mail

I received an email from you stating "We received a one-time payment of $XX.XX on April 11, 2017. Your payment is now reflected on your account. Your remaining balance is $X.XX. I am a monthly plan customer and this is a regular monthly payment not a one-time...what is going on???

Yes. Our team tried to create a better experience and provide notification for all payments including pre-auth payments and ones that are not done via Koodo (your bank etc.) as well. As you know this didn't exist a few months ago. Unfortunately they did not take into consideration the copy of the notification was not updated to reflect that this is a recurring payment. I asked to look into what it would take for the system to recognize the difference and generate a different notification.  Sounds simple in theory but may not be easy to implement.

Can I ask Elaine if receiving this notification now makes any difference to you? Would you be just happy without it? Just like before?
