An improvement, but it's meaningless if I cant see my order status or literally do everything on self serve

Yes an improvement but I agree, spend the time/money adding more options a user can do through self serve and to making the prepaid and postpaid sites work better. Contact times to customer service are way too long. So if Koodo wants everything done by the user themselves make it easier.
