Called in yesterday to find out why I can't change to the new plan ($45 1G Plan) in the Self Serve menu. And George helped me setup so I can see the plan in the Self Serve. Since he can tell I'm a little hesitate to change as I'm losing the BYOD 10% discount, so he gave me one day to think over and call me back at the pre-arranged time to follow this up. This is the best service definitely!!! And of course, so happy to hear I don't need to pay that $10 change fee! Thank you Koodo!!!
