I made a complaint earlier about a 5.00 data charge that was unnecessary. I spoke to a customer service rep. (Jonathan) and he was very helpful. I got a credit for the 5.00 plus tax and also another credit from last week, so I decided to change my plan to a better one so that this does not happen again. Win, Win for both of us.
