We have been receiving texts from 587-355-1800 stating that our account has been frozen because they are unable to validate my information and to avoid suspension to validate my account and a link is provided. How can I stop from getting these text messages?
If you happen to receive texts about your Koodo account or from other service providers, we recommend contacting (only) the numbers indicated on the company's website. You should be able to filter calls and text messages depending on the phone you're using. If you let us know the phone model, we'll be able to assist you further.
