I've bee a customer of koodo for more than 2 years now and I really enjoy your company, service, facturation and product, I couldn't ask for better, but lately it seem I can receive text or I get them way later and at the same time, same thing for sending, the other day my phone ring twice and stop, I call my client back and told her that I've just mist her call, but actually, as she reply, she had call hours before. I've talk with people around my and it seem I'm not the only one, Telus, Bell, etc. I don't know if its a tower thing but this is getting annoying, could you give my an update on this situation, I really don't want to go with Rogers... but busyness is busyness, and I'm losing client! Hope you can help me.

Sorry to hear you may be loosing busyness. You should call support asap and log a ticket. There may be an issue in your area that robellus isn't aware of. Sometimes they just need to clear your switch (whatever that means). Other times the guy may need to go up on the tower and restart the trs-80 coco.

You can reach Customer Service at 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) or 647-788-4337.

Unfortunately if it affects all towers as you said there might be nothing Koodo (or any cell provider) can do.
Outages do happen, unfortunately.

You might want to set up a Google Voice # & leave that # in your Koodo voicemail greeting as a fallback if a customer can't reach you on one, you have another.
