Texting not working?

Is anybody else having issues with texting? I would try to ping the SMS gateway and stuff but I don't know koodo's. MMS and calls are working. I know of at least one other person with the issue but. Any idea what's up/when to expect a fix? For what its worth I live in Manitoba.

Edit: We've also already tried resetting. And removing battery and Sim card.

Edit 2: Odd. I was able to send myself a message from msg.telus.com (using koodo's website) but texting other people still isn't working.

Edit 3: Last edit. Obviously something is up. I'd say server issue but its possible to text myself from the website. Pinging either msg.telus.com or msg.koodomobile.com results in time outs. But that could be explained if they disabled ping requests. Hopefully gets resolved soon though (:
