If you're talking about your e-bill, they still send you a notification when the e-bill is ready. Make sure you have the box checked for a text notification in your e-bill. http://community.koodomobile.com/kood...
E-bills usually generate a bit late so don't worry. If it takes really long, you could call koodo 611 from your phone.

To answer your question Julie, no you don't actually get the amount of the bill in the notification. It just says that its ready and viewable on self-serve.

It's probably the Telus ambassador plan. Most Telus/Koodo call centre agents and store sales reps get it. I don't know what the details are but you know that employees get awesome perks...
