why is my text and web use not available all the time?

Explain "all the time". Do you mean all week or last 3 months?

Data, etc Usage info is not available when you are just starting in the middle of your plan (since it is a pro-rated amount). Also if you changed your plan mid-cycle then the info is not available either (again since it is a pro-rated amount).

Usage info should be available on your self serve account when you are starting a full billing cycle from the beginning.

When you log in what do you see on your self serve?
Does it give you multiple tabs to choose from (Ex. plans, phone, usage, billingm etc)
