Only by court order, Braeden. Have your lawyer look into it. If its small claims, don't expect to get anything. Usually only in criminal proceedings. Good luck.
Its for a small claims court case

Regardless, still by court order only.

Hint for android users who might be in touchy circumstances: install MightyText (free version) on your android phone.

After installation, 60 days of texts are archived and accessible from your PC with time & date stamps. Paid version gives longer storage and other options. Not quite an independent source of information, but certainly better than nothing.

Added benefit of being able to text from your computer & phone using your phone as a common message hub.
What about iPhone?

iExplorer, the paid version allows you to convert text to .pdf format and other formats. Whether the document is admissible in small claims court is something you should discuss with your lawyer.
