Hi,  I received a text message offer about upgrading to any new phone with the Tab and I'll receive $100 off.  I just activated my new iPhone 7 Plus.  Bernard told me to come back to the forum once activated and he would apply the $100 tab credit.  I tried to do so but the forum is now closed so I couldn't ask Bernard to apply the credit.  Please refer to this link for the forum and Bernard's comments https://community.koodomobile.com/koodo/topics/i-got-a-txt-message-offer-can-i-use-it-for-an-online-...   let me know when I can expect the credit to be applied.

Hi, I've read the related posts and I have two questions. 1) I received an original offer for $75 off the Tab (expiring Oct. 14) and then another offer for $100 off (expiring Oct. 31). Can you confirm that this new offer for $100 off is on my account and will be honoured? 2) My offer also stated that I had to go in-store to redeem. The Scarborough TC location does not have the iPhone 7+ 256GB that I would like. Could I follow the instructions you gave everyone else to order the phone online? I understand the discount will not be deducted right away, but that you will take care of it after I have activated the new phone. My phone number ends in 80. Thanks!

Hi Bernard, I have received & activated my new phone. Could you please let me know when the Tab credit has been applied? Also, I upgraded to a Tab plan with the promo 1000 LD minutes, but I don't see it on my account. Could you confirm that my plan includes this? Thanks
