Terrible service at Fairood Mall's koodo store
Good evening, on Black Friday I became a new client of Koodo I made a plan and I requested Portability from Freedom mobile to Koodo I've been having serious problems for almost a month since I can not receive calls and also an SMS message. I returned to the koodo store where I made the plan three times at Fairview Mall. The clerk was super arrogant and showed no interest in solving the problem.
I just left now again from the store and once again the other clerk showed no interest in resolving simply said he can not do anything. I am feeling completely harmed because 24th of this month will complete a month without solution. I would like to make a complaint about the poor service of Koodo's attendants, including one of them, when I was leaving the store, he spoke to the other in a low voice but he gave me the opportunity to hear the following sentence fuck him. I request a solution as a matter of urgency because I am going to make a complaint about the incident. I still can not use the telephone services being greatly impaired and the worst without having had any help for the three times I returned to the store believing that the problem would be solved.

Hi Carlos,

I’m sorry that you’ve experienced this at a Koodo store. This is definitely not the Koodo spirit. What seems to be the problem? We’re you trying to port your number from Freedom?

I got a plan on Koodo with an Iphone, I was a Freedom customer and I was informed that with portability in two hours everything would be finalized. Today it has been over twenty days and nothing has been resolved. The most terrible thing is to go back to the Koodo store and have a terrible service. I'm definitely disappointed they have two attendants at this Fairview Mall shop who treat customers with a lot of arrogance and do not want to solve the problem. I am thinking of processing due to all the inconvenience that I am going through because without being able to receive calls and messages I am totally incommunicado being harmed.

Typically, if the port failed within two hours, Koodo sends you a text message saying the port is unsuccessful and have to call to a number listed in the text message. A lot of things can happen during a port, Freedom could block the port, needing additional information, etc.

Due to the overwhelming demand of a rich offer on the weekend. Telus/Koodo call centres are still swamped. I recommend calling again tomorrow morning to get the port sorted out.

The model is the Iphone 6s that went to Koodo's own store when I became a customer on November 24 on black friday until today nothing was solved even going to the store to ask for help. The first time I returned to the store an attendant said he could not do anything he did not even try and when I was leaving the store together with my friend I heard him talk to the other attendant he will fuck himself seems to have been angry. I am sharing this experience with as many friends as possible so that they are aware of the service problem and the specific store.

Hi Carlos,
I agreed, the experiences with iPhone wasn't good.
Is your place close to any Apple stores? I would suggest you visit them. They might be better places to go to deal with iPhones. Apple people are also better trained in issues with iPhones, so they might know exactly what happened.
