Good evening, on Black Friday I became a new client of Koodo I made a plan and I requested Portability from Freedom mobile to Koodo I've been having serious problems for almost a month since I can not receive calls and also an SMS message. I returned to the koodo store where I made the plan three times at Fairview Mall. The clerk was super arrogant and showed no interest in solving the problem.
I just left now again from the store and once again the other clerk showed no interest in resolving simply said he can not do anything. I am feeling completely harmed because 24th of this month will complete a month without solution. I would like to make a complaint about the poor service of Koodo's attendants, including one of them, when I was leaving the store, he spoke to the other in a low voice but he gave me the opportunity to hear the following sentence fuck him. I request a solution as a matter of urgency because I am going to make a complaint about the incident. I still can not use the telephone services being greatly impaired and the worst without having had any help for the three times I returned to the store believing that the problem would be solved.
