I want to terminate my plan and I emailed you already because i moved out in Canada... My plan is more than 2 yrs.. Please cancel my plan coz i cant pay anymore my bill since i am not using my number.. Can you please leave a message in my yahoo mail coz its hard to call your customer service.
The only way to cancel your service is to call customer service and ask to cancel. I'm not sure if I understand correctly that it's been almost two years since you paid your bill but if that's true then you're most likely in collections at this point.
Call Koodo via Skype or some other free voip service and speak to a rep about your account, they can give you the proper information.
