Two Questions
1- What is the timeline of temporary suspension? The fee? And can it be done if the phone still has a tab?
2- One of the phones on my account is a large tab and I am still paying it off. Other than the plans for the large tabs, is there any options of the phone having only capability to text or something?

Suspend line - Anytime, for as long as you want, can be done via self-serve. Removed via self-serve as well.

Seasonal hold - Max 6 months and only for those travelling outside the country. $15/month instead of your rate plan and when you choose to resume service, you must choose an in-market plan current at that time.

2- If you're talking about downgrading to a texting only type plan on a Tab L, that's not possible. It's also not possible if you're line is suspended in any way if that's what you were asking

Also, Naatacha, keep in mind that if you suspend your line, you will still be charged your monthly plan fee as usual. It's usually used by parents to disable their kid's phone service when they don't behave to the parents' liking. If the intent was to "lower" your monthly bill, then the Seasonal Hold is the only way and it comes with certain restrictions like Ahmad mentioned above.
