hi, my bill is due today, and I'm not satisfied that I have to wait to pay in the future. I understand that, there is going to be an a additional charge for late payment. However, in this circumstances, I will not pay for charges if this action occur. It's your technical problem, and I am NOT happy with it.

Just because there is a technical issue, does not mean avoiding paying your bill. It is recommended to always pay your bill on time as the late charges would be legit since you made the choice not to pay. Once the technical issue is resolved, a credit can be applied, if neccessary, to go against the next bill's charges.

Can you please let us know what this technical issue is and we will do our upmost to help with the knowledge we have?

You can always call koodo and make a credit card payment over the phone. Self serve is also not down. I can sign in just fine.

It is your obligation(as per what you signed) to pay your bill, on time and in full. Making excuses to not pay does not cut it(try it with hydro, see how far you get). There are multiple ways to pay Koodo. You can do a bank payment and pay it 5 business days before the bill due date.
