Tangerine banking

I am trying to set up Koodo to pay online using my Tangerine banking account. My Koodo account number is 8 digits but keeps saying I have to the wrong amount of numbers. Is there an extra number or something I should be adding to make it work?

I should say I tried to enter the extra number before and after the account number at bottom of statement as was requested in other conversations but that didn’t work either
You are doing something wrong.

Thanks for the pic, that’s exactly what I was looking for! I tried again but on the desktop website instead of the app and it worked. I tried one last time on the app after seeing your response and triple checked that it was entered correct, but still didn’t work so I suspect it is an app issue.
