Why was I not notified when I was over my talk limit? Koodo always notifies me of when I am over my data usage. And they even recommend the next best plan. Now I am stuck with talk time that is over my limit. I am a loyal customer for 6yrs now and want to continue with Koodo and even upgrade my phone. Not sure I want to do this now. Especially if I am required to pay my bill! Unbelievable!

I'm not aware of any carrier in Canada unfortunately that warns you that you are over your alloted daytime minutes. It's pretty well always been on us, the customers, to keep track.

If your minutes don't suit your needs, get an unlimited plan. You could even get a 10$ unlimited incoming calls add-on, so you could ask people to call you back so that it dosn't go against your minutes.

I don't think Koodo will do anything in regards to your bill, you used the minutes, you went over the minutes, you have to pay for them. As Goran says, no one else tells you when you go over minutes and you can even keep track of them using the Koodo Self Serve app!
