You should increase the amount a person can save onto their tab. Right now the limit is $150, what about increasing it to $200. Not the part that Koodo gives in addition but the amount as a customer you can earn.

Hey sabrina.

if you do not collect on your tab it will continue to grow. they have the tab set at 150 so that its easy for people to understand and its not a scary number to look at.

if you have paid off your $150 tab already try waiting a month or two and you will see that as you pay your bill your available tab will continue to go up.

Best of luck,

You can have a total of $150 max as a positive tab. My suggestion is that increases.

Koodo decided 150 Maximum Tab sInce Koodo started offering CDMA service, at that time the maximum cos a CDMA phone was 150$, you are right now that some phone may exceed 500$ it's time to change market game policy

I've made the suggestion to remove the cap of +$150 all together. I'm hopeful that Koodo will update the tab at some point.

The tab is what you are paying back. It should go into the negatives if you have your tab all paid up. I'm just going to get a new phone and start a new tab once mine is all paid off. No need to wait longer if it increases....I would rather it decrease!

Umm...what? Your post is very confusing. You do not pay the tab back unless you are canceling the account and it's in the negative. As long as you aren't on a spending cap, you can have a total of $300 to use towards a new phone(-$150 to +$150). There's no such thing as "starting a new tab" the tab is still the same, just the amount changes.
