No, but may I ask why you'd want to?

If I wanted to upgrade my plan (to one of the new ones) on the phone that has tab. And to avoid having to pay off my tab.

Couldn't you theoretically "switch phones" with someone on your account, which would transfer the tab to them?

Nope, tabs are associated with your account and not the phone. You can move your SIM to any phone you wish any time even with a tab owing. Koodo doesn't care.

But yeah, if you want to use that number on a new plan you'll need to pay off your tab.

The only thing I could think of that would allow you to do that, is cancel account #2, transfer account #1 over to the account #2's holder and set-up yourself with a brand new account. Theoretically this would work, it would just be a lot of work to get this all done and you would not keep any of your current phone numbers. If you want to transfer just the tab, as Chad said you can't do that.

I have a blackberry that has a tab balance of 0 and I'd like to get a new phone. Can I trade that blackberry in to get another phone for free or do I have to start another tab when I get a new phone?
